I genuinely have almost no time. Is this realistic?
That’s the point. Sessions are 35–45 minutes, 3–4 times a week. If a week goes sideways, the plan adjusts. This is specifically built for people who can’t commit to 5-day gym schedules.
Do I have to go on a strict diet?
